circumstances may arise that require an order to be cancelled or a refund to be

How do I return product(s) purchased from SnepGear and get a
refund?

Currently SnepGear
doesn’t offer RETURNS & REFUNDS
on order(s) which have been delivered. We offer only an Exchange and Replacement
  for the product(s) in your order.

NOTE:  Return means
Exchange/Replacement of Product/Products (WE DO NOT REFUND).

1. If
Damaged/Wrong product delivered –

  • We will give you a free
    replacement
    with same product or SKU of same amount of rupees. If the same product is not available
    in stock customer may choose another product of same billing amount with
    prior approval from SnepGear(https://snepgear.in/
    ) [ WE DO NOT REFUND]
  • Please reach us within 24 hours after delivery.
  • New product will be shipped after we receive the
    exchange product (WE DO NOT REFUND).
  • The exchange process takes (4-5) working days.
  • Pickup and shipment will be done from brand side. Brand
    will try 1 attempt to pick up the product(s) if the customer unable to
    hand over the product to our courier partner in scheduled date for such
    case customer has to send their product by their own arrangement and cost
    . No second shipping will be tried from the Brand(SnepGear or www.snepgear.in
    ) side or reimburse  the shipping
    cost in any form.
  • Reach us through WhatsApp/ mail us exchange@snepgear.in
  • Please share valid proof/details for the same.
  • Customer needs to fill up our Exchange Forms which is
    available in our Website’s Footer Section(https://snepgear.in/exchange/ )

Please inspect your order upon
reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if
you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Without unboxing video(unedited and raw form) damage products will not be considered
for REPLACEMENT.

        
 

     

2. Don’t like the product/size/others

  • We will charge a nominal fee for exchanges the product. 
  • Exchanges are available in sizes and different products
    also.
  • Charges include reverse pickup cost of Rs 110 and
    forward shipment Rs 89. If pin code is not under serviceable, the customer
    is required to ship the products back (Brand will only charge for
    Forward Shipment).
  • Once the product reaches us back our team will ship
    your new product/s (WE DO NOT REFUND).
  • Exchange process takes ( 10-12 ) days 
  • We reserve the right to not accept an exchange/ if;
  • (1) the product/s are returned for exchange after
    use
  • (2) the products are damaged
  • We only provide exchange 1 time 
  • Exchange request can be done within 1 day after delivery. Customer needs to fill up our Exchange Forms clearly
    mentioning the reason and type as Replacement which is available in our Website’s
    Footer Section(https://snepgear.in/exchange/
     or mail us exchange@snepgear.in
  • 3 attempts will be there for the delivery from Shipment
    Company. If customer fails to hand over the product to Courier Company in
    such situation customers have to ship the product at their own arrangement
    only.
  • If registered mobile number or address is incorrect,
    the brand will not be responsible for the delay in delivery ( Partial
    Payment amount is non-refundable, in case delivery failed ) 
  • Extra Rs 200 will be deducted/charged in case of RTO OR
    RTD and the remaining amount will be given as store ( Our Online Store is www.snepgear.in)
    credit note to customer(billing name) to purchasing purpose only which will be given in 7- 10 days. Valid for this credit note only for 07 days from the date of issuing. After 07 days no Customer can claim or purchase. Here “Store” mentioned or any place of this website ” Store” means our online store which is www.snepgear.in only. We do not have any physical store of against the brand name ‘SnepGear’. 

*Certain
types of items cannot be exchanged, including
:

 Custom-made or personalized
items.

·        
Items purchased on final sale/Clearance Sale

·        
Shoes, shocks, all inner wear for male and female or any cosmetics
and beauty product.

 

Disclaimer on Leather Items:

Leather is a
natural material and tends to scratch, soften and change color with age. These
do not constitute manufacturing defects. Wrinkle is a property of original
leather; no exchange or refund will be provided for this. Leather being a
natural material may vary slightly in color. Screen quality may also lead to
slight mismatch in color in actual and product as displayed on the website.

 

Order Cancellation
Policy-

We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations
will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order,
providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us
your cancellation request with your Order number at   cancelmyorder@snepgear.in or raise a
TICKET in your account section or cancel button which is available in www.snepgear.in (Subject to availability of interface.)

Prepaid Orders:

*Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
*However, customers can opt to switch to a different product or change the
delivery address if necessary before dispatch only.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

* Partial COD orders can be canceled prior to dispatch or processed the
order/shipment from their Account Section by using cancel button.
* Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy
would apply and reform the policies .

To start a Exchange/Replacement, you can contact us at
Watsapp  exchange@snepgear.in  . Please note that return shipment for the
purpose of exchange and replacement will need to be sent to our warehouse
address, which will be provided to you once your exchange /replacement is
approved by our side. You have to self-ship your order and share us tracking id
on our email. Once we receive your product, we will process your replacement or
exchange product.
